This provision is good The provider, manager and staff team work very well together and are committed to providing high levels of care. They regularly evaluate their practice and have identified key areas they would like to develop in the future.

The quality of teaching is good. Staff plan activities to support children's natural interests and develop new skills. Children access a wide range of learning opportunities and make good progress in their learning and development.

Staff support children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities very well. Staff are passionate about supporting every child to achieve their individual potential. They work with a wide ...range of professionals to support children's needs.

Staff nurture children's well-being very successfully and work closely with parents to understand children's care and learning needs. Meaningful information is regularly exchanged, which helps to support consistency of care. Parents are very complimentary about the nurturing care provided by staff at the nursery.

Parents enjoy accompanying children on outings and attend parents' evenings. It is not yet outstanding because: Children are not provided with enough opportunities to explore mark making independently. On occasions, staff do not provide children with enough opportunities to consider questions and think things through before formulating a response.
