This provision is good The manager is a driven and enthusiastic leader who demonstrates high expectations of staff and children.

She evaluates the quality of the club regularly and creates robust improvement plans to help her to drive forward change. Staff work very well with the host primary school that children attend. They share information regularly to help to provide consistency in younger children's learning.

Parents are highly complimentary about the wide range of activities and experiences that their children take part in when attending the club. They consistently state that their children enjoy coming and are often reluctant to leave at the end of the day. Child...ren have good opportunities for physical activities, such as negotiating obstacles as they ride tricycles and scooters.

Children confidently balance on challenging apparatus outdoors and play team games, such as football, with their peers for extended periods. Children consistently follow their individual interests and lead their own play. They are motivated learners who access resources freely.

Children build strong friendships with their peers and positive relationships with staff. It is not yet outstanding because: The programme for the professional development of all staff is not highly focused to help to raise the quality of teaching and play experiences to an outstanding level. New systems that encourage children to give their opinions are not deeply embedded in practice to help them to develop an excellent sense of belonging.
