The provision is outstanding • The manager is extremely inspiring and dedicated. She shows excellent management skills through her pursuit for excellence, to ensure that the overall quality is extremely high. For example, she tracks different groups of children very robustly, ensuring they make remarkable progress over a relatively short period.

• Staff help children particularly well to make very secure attachments. They demonstrate extremely warm, caring and affectionate relationships with children, which enhances children's emotional development greatly. For example, staff use highly effective and tailored settling-in procedures very sensitively.

• The manager and sta...ff work exceptionally well together. They are highly reflective of their practice, which pervades everything they do. The very meticulous action plans for change include the opinions of staff, parents and children, ensuring the nursery continues to make excellent improvements.

• Highly skilled staff communicate and question children exceptionally well. Children very confidently think critically for themselves and solve problems independently. • All children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, make rapid progress in their learning.

Excellent early intervention helps to identify quickly areas where children require further support. Robust plans very quickly close gaps in children's learning. • The environment is highly stimulating.

Children are highly motivated learners. They thrive in the child-centred environment. They have extremely rich and rewarding experiences, enjoy the very wide range of activities and resources, and take ownership of their play.
