Staff fully support all children to learn, including children who have special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities and those who speak English as an additional language. Staff expertly use systematic observations and assessments of what the children do and like, to understand their level of achievement, interest and learning styles. This helps staff provide very rich learning experiences which motivate children to learn.

Staff have the highest expectations of children and place top prior...ity on helping close any gaps in children's learning, which are identified swiftly. They use their comprehensive knowledge about the children and provide timely interventions to help children make significant gains in their learning. Staff demonstrate an exceptional commitment to working in partnership with parents.

A highly successful two-way flow of information and communication ensures parents have a clear insight into how they can support their children's learning at home. The high standard of care and priority on promoting children's health, emotional well-being and behaviour are exemplary. The leadership team, along with the staff team, are highly driven to improve the achievement of all children attending.
