The provision is outstanding • The provider and manager are an exceptionally visionary management team. They have developed a special experience in an excellent setting.

This helps all children to have an inspirational experience during their time at the summer club. • The management team appoints a very diverse staff team from a wide variety of backgrounds. All staff have an exemplary commitment for children to have fun, develop confidence and share success.

Staff use children's ideas to provide a wonderful variety of challenging activities. • The children experience the excitement and freedom of playing outdoors. Children really learn how to enjoy the outdoor environme...nt at the same time as showing respect for the world around them.

• All staff help children to settle in exceptionally quickly. Children make new friends easily and they very quickly play together and share their ideas. Children learn how to be independent.

They enjoy laughing, talking and developing each other's ideas as they play. • The managers have excellent relationships with schools. These help them to meet the needs of the children attending the summer club.
