This provision is good • The manager and staff team work extremely well together. They reflect on the service that they provide and are totally committed to the constant development of all areas of the nursery.

They set clear targets and make changes that benefit the outcomes for children. The manager and staff show an excellent capacity to continue building on the already high standards of care and learning. • Partnerships with parents and other professionals are strong.

Staff keep parents, carers and other agencies regularly updated about children's achievements. They regularly share information about children's next steps to support further continuity in their learnin...g and development. All children make good progress.

• Staff teach with expertise. They are experienced, kind and caring practitioners who develop a close bond and secure relationship with all children. Staff have a clear knowledge of children's individual and specific requirements to support their care, learning and development effectively.

Children behave well and settle in easily, showing they feel safe and secure in this warm and welcoming environment. • At times, staff miss opportunities for children to learn more about healthy eating to help extend their understanding of a healthy lifestyle. • Sometimes, staff do not fully maximise children's instinctive curiosity and imagination about tools and technology, to support further their understanding of how and why things work.
