This provision is outstanding The owner values her staff immensely and recognises their individual qualities. She actively encourages them to continually develop their skills.

This has led to a large number of staff becoming highly qualified. Staff share the owner's great enthusiasm and passion. This has had a significant impact on learning outcomes for children.

Parents speak extremely positively about the nursery and about the excellent progress that their children make. Parents receive exceptional support and are wholly engaged and involved in their children's learning in the nursery and at home. Children are deeply absorbed in learning.

Their laughter resona...tes around the exciting play spaces and the atmosphere is alive with children's excitement. Extra funding is used superbly and activities are sharply tailored to foster children's current fascinations. For instance, children relish dressing up as astronauts in space.

The ways in which children's progress is monitored, analysed and assessed is very highly effective. Data collected for individual and different groups of children's learning is meticulously scrutinised. This means that any potential gaps in children's development are recognised and addressed with great swiftness.

Children thoroughly enjoy participating in extremely frequent visits into the community. Children learn about using money. For example, they purchase tickets for bus rides, flowers from the florist and fresh fruit from the supermarket.
