In addition, staff ensure that any messages from the school are passed on to parents when they collect their children.

The manager and staff work closely together to ensure the smooth running of the club. The provider has a good awareness of the club's current strengths and where she can make further improvements. She continually evaluates the club, seeking the views of governors, parents and children.
