This provision is outstanding The management team is inspirational and leaders work together exceptionally well. They ensure their high expectations are known and adhered to by the staff, who are an exceptionally strong team that works together to help all children make excellent progress. The teaching and learning are exceptional.

Staff know the children very well and use outstanding teaching styles to help children use their language. Planning for each child is meticulous and ensures that each child takes part in challenging and exciting learning experiences. Staff have highly successful partnerships with parents and place great emphasis on the contribution parents make to chil...dren's welfare and learning experiences.

Parents feel completely valued and respected by the caring, thoughtful staff who know their children so well. They are very pleased with the excellent progress their children have made. Staff use highly successful partnerships with other professionals to ensure all children receive any extra support they need.

The partnerships help staff to promptly plan exceptionally well to close any gaps in learning. Children show high levels of confidence in social situations. For example, children are proud of their nursery, they take visitors on a tour of the garden and tell them all about their garden, the resources and how to use them.
