This provision is outstanding • Leadership is inspirational. The manager has an exceptional knowledge of her role and individual responsibilities.

She has extremely effective support from her extended leadership team. Together they are passionate and committed in their drive to continuously improve the setting. • Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported extremely well.

Staff work closely in partnership with external agencies that are involved with the children. Information-sharing is highly effective and helps to meet children's individual needs. Additional funding is used very well to support vulnerable children.

• Partne...rship working with parents is exceptionally strong. There are highly successful strategies in place to positively engage with parents from a diverse range of backgrounds. Parents discuss how staff have supported them during difficult times and say that they 'can't praise them highly enough'.

Parents have absolute confidence that their child's well-being and learning and development are the highest priority. • The quality of teaching is superb. Staff plan an exceptional range of rich and stimulating activities for children to explore.

In particular, staff use their first-rate knowledge to support children's communication and language development extremely well. They use skilful questioning to help children form opinions, describe their experiences and express themselves. • Children are exceptionally well cared for by highly competent key persons who form secure attachments with all children.

Children's emotional well-being is paramount. The key-person system is implemented exceptionally well to encourage children to feel welcomed and valued. Key persons work very closely with parents and carers, particularly during transitions, to ensure continuity of care.
