They provide good support so that parents are able to help their child learn at home. Parents are fully encouraged to share what they know about their child so that staff have a full picture of each child's knowledge and skills. Parents highly commend the care that their children receive in the nursery.

• Partnerships with other professionals are highly effective. Staff work closely with them to ensure they meet the individual learning and development needs of children well. Staff monitor children's progress with accuracy and set precise targets to support children's learning.

• Staff provide stimulating ...activities that engage the interests of all children. Consequently, babies and children enjoy their learning and make good progress. Some activities and routines, however, are not as well organised as others.

On these occasions, children do not learn as much as they could. • Leaders and staff have a good understanding of what they do well. They successfully identify areas for further development and continue to invest in their provision to secure ongoing improvements.
