This provision is outstanding • The highly ambitious management team fastidiously assesses the provision and develops detailed action plans. The team actively pursues the opinions of parents, children and outside agencies.

Managers then chart a course for further and continual improvement. • Children's independence is supported extremely well. Staff communicate their high expectations about what they can achieve and children learn to attend to their own needs from an early age.

Staff expertly support children to develop confidence and a highly positive sense of self-esteem. • Staff use meticulous observations to accurately assess children's progress. They develop highly ...focused planning to support what each child needs to learn next.

Staff swiftly identify any gaps in children's learning and provide targeted support. Children are extremely well prepared for their next stage in learning. • The management team supports staff development extremely well through highly effective systems of staff performance and appraisal.

Regular training opportunities are provided and staff are highly motivated to continue to develop their knowledge and skills. • The dedicated management team and staff ensure that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are extremely well nurtured and supported. For example, they invest in schemes to support communication and language and are developing further plans to specifically support children's speech.
