This provision is outstanding • The nursery management team monitors the quality of the provision rigorously. It has exceptionally high expectations and is committed to the continuous improvement of the nursery to promote the best possible outcomes for children.

• The management team and staff are extremely enthusiastic about their continuing professional development. They readily share their learning across the staff team and implement changes to improve the quality of the provision. For example, over the last year, staff have changed their approach to teaching and learning to create a culture of curiosity, awe and wonder that ignites and inspires children's enthusiasm to play a...nd learn.

• Staff establish exceptionally friendly and trusting relationships with parents and carers. Parents are actively encouraged to remain involved in their children's learning, both in the nursery and at home. Parents speak highly of the staff and particularly appreciate the unwavering support they receive in times of crisis.

• Staff observe children as they play and engage them in exciting and purposeful play. Children's individual needs are at the heart of everything staff do. Children respond positively to the high expectations of staff and make rapid progress in their learning.
