Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good The partnership with parents and carers is very strong. Staff regularly provide detailed information about children's learning and development.

They ensure that parents and carers are well aware of what their children need to learn next. Children's safety is well promoted. Staff consistently follow risk assessments to ensure children's safety as they move around the premises and between the outdoor areas.

Staff provide very good support for children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities. They work very closely with parents and carers to agree a specific plan of support. They are sensitive in helping parents and carers to manage par...tnerships with external professionals.

Children make quick progress in aspects of their learning. The whole environment is very attractive and inviting. Staff organise activities well so that they are very appealing to children.

Children demonstrate enthusiasm for learning. It is not yet outstanding because: Even though managers regularly monitor staff practice and give feedback on their performance, they do not always ensure that staff know specifically what they need to improve and how, in order to maximise learning and raise teaching standards further. Although staff accurately identify what children need to learn next, they do not always ensure that everyone working with each child is fully familiar with this information in order to provide the highest levels of challenge.
