The provision is good • Children behave in a warm kind way towards each other, they are well behaved and listen to adult instructions. Children have established caring relationships with staff, children are secure and independent.

• The provider monitors children's progress well to identify any gaps in their learning. Children make good progress from their individual starting points. • The provider reflects on the provision regularly and identifies areas to improve, to offer children improved learning experiences.

Parents contribute via the online tracking system to the accurate assessments made by staff and enjoy viewing updated photographs and videos of their child. It is not yet outstanding because: • The current system for managing and developing the performance of staff does not yet focus enough on raising the quality of teaching to the highest level. • On occasions, some staff talk more loudly than is necessary, so they do not always model the noise levels they want children to achieve.
