They all share the same vision in providing outstanding early years experiences for all children. Their enthusiastic continual drive for improvement ensures high levels of quality for both parents and children.

• Children are extremely responsive and demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm and engagement throughout fun and imaginative learning experiences. Staff provide incredible opportunities to enhance children's awareness of safety and well-being. For example, children become safety inspectors, and manage risk assessment throughout the nurser...y.

• The importance of reflection inspires young children's thinking skills, with excellent opportunities for children to share their views and opinions on the experiences that they encounter. Staff highly value children's voices and incorporate their feedback to enhance their learning, based on children's individual interests. • The management team track children's progress through incredibly careful monitoring systems of individual and groups of children.

This enables them to quickly identify any gaps in children's learning and provide exceptional methods of early intervention, to support children to make outstanding progress. • Staff have extremely positive partnerships with parents and create a wealth of opportunities for information to be shared regularly.
