Children make outstanding progress in all areas of learning.

• Partnership with parents is exceptional. Strategies for engaging parents in the nurser...y and their children's learning are incredibly good. Parents spoken to describe the nursery as 'fantastic' and say how effectively information is shared about their child's progress and next steps.

They comment on the very good, caring and supportive staff and the brilliant activities they provide for children. • Staff expertly promote children's communication and language skills. They model clear speaking and careful listening.

They sing songs and rhymes with children to help to develop understanding. Children quickly speak confidently and listen attentively. • The environment is highly stimulating and attractive.

It is exceptionally well organised and significantly enhances children's learning. Children access an inspiring range of resources indoors and outdoors, which promotes all aspects of their play and learning very successfully. • Children form very close relationships with their key person and other staff and build strong friendships with one another.
