This provision is outstandingnStaff are highly successful in supporting children's emotional well-being. Children settle very quickly and look forward to their time at the club with great excitement.

nThe excellent information sharing with parents helps staff to establish a thorough understanding of each child's specific needs. nStaff create every opportunity for children to learn how to manage risks and learn new practical skills in highly safe and secure surroundings. For example, staff encourage children to test out the most effective way to move across the muddy ditches and give them precise guidance on how to use a rotary lawn mower.

nChildren delight in exploring th...e natural environment and many aspects of farming life. Staff create ample opportunities for children to feed and groom the farm animals, while emphasising to children the importance of stringent hygiene practices. nStaff are highly motivated by the inspirational leadership of the directors and club manager.

Together, they constantly strive to extend their skills in playwork and introduce new initiatives to help make the club even more exciting for children. nThe club manager is highly passionate in her work with children and is instrumental in influencing the practice of others. For example, she is invited to offer training and share her expertise in playwork with other early years providers and local authority advisers.
