The provision is outstanding • The dynamic management team is inspirational. They are relentless in their pursuit of excellence, building and reflecting upon current practice to achieve an outstanding setting which works for them, the staff, parents and the children exceptionally well. • Staff interaction with children is extremely purposeful.

They have very high expectations for what children can achieve and use a very varied range of teaching methods to support children to make the best possible progress from their starting points. • Highly effective partnerships between parents and staff make an excellent contribution to meeting children's needs, sharing information and workin...g together. There are successful strategies in place to engage all parents in their child's learning.

Parents' views are effectively gathered and used incisively as part of the evaluation process. • Staff know the children very well. All children make rapid progress in their learning and development, including those who require additional support.

Very effective strategies are in place to ensure children's development is closely monitored and any gaps in their learning are very quickly narrowed. • Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities benefit from provision that is skilfully tailored and planned to individual needs, this includes providing one-to-one support. Management and staff communicate effectively with parents and other professionals.

This has an extremely positive impact on outcomes for children. • Staff make excellent use of the extensively resourced and stimulating environment. Children are incredibly keen to explore their surroundings indoors and during outdoor play.

Staff inspire children to be inquisitive and highly motivated at all times. • Transitions throughout the nursery are exceptionally well managed and children progress through to the next room when they are ready. Children moving on to school are extremely well supported, due to the excellent relationships in place with the local schools.
