The provision is outstanding • Since the last inspection, the senior management team has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of staff interactions with children. They have implemented a rigorous and targeted training programme for all members of staff.

The result is that teaching is of the very highest standard. • The thoughtful and vibrant environment, and highly creative resources and activities inspire and motivate children of all ages. They are enthusiastic about joining activities and participate with relish.

• The nursery is exceptionally well led. The senior management team provides an excellent vision for the future and a commitment to very high standards. T...hey are supported by a highly skilled and well-qualified staff team that shares their aspirations.

• Children make rapid progress in all areas of learning. Staff are highly effective at measuring children's abilities when they start at the nursery, which enables them to precisely identify areas of learning to prioritise. • Excellent links with local schools enable an exceptionally smooth move on to the next stage of children's learning.

Children are very independent, highly motivated and eager to learn. • Children are very happy and feel safe and secure at the nursery. Staff are immensely caring and establish extremely positive, warm relationships with children, supporting their emotional well-being superbly.
