The provider and staff are relentless in their pursuit of excellence, building and reflecting upon current practice to achieve an outstanding setting that works for them and their children exceptionally well. • Staff establish highly effective relationships with children. Staff visit children at home before they start at the nursery.

This helps them to get to know children extremely well. Parents state that they saw the staff taking the time to really get to know them as a family and they listened to their needs and worries. Children are incredibly happy and confident and have ...outstanding levels of well-being.

• Children are supported and guided skilfully by well-qualified staff. They make excellent progress from their starting points, which enables them to have the very best possible chance to succeed. • The provider and staff monitor and track the progress of individual children and different groups extremely well.

This enables them to identify any gaps rapidly and provide exceptionally good support for children to catch up quickly. • Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) thrive in this stimulating environment. Exemplary partnerships, with an extensive range of professionals, support a highly successful joined-up approach to supporting children's development.
