This provision is good • Staff use their experience and qualifications well to implement successful strategies to motivate children and help them to engage in their learning.

• The manager and her well-qualified staff work well together as a team. They review the quality of the provision and ensure activities can be adapted to meet the needs of the early years children who attend. • Children behave very well in the club.

They are courteous towards each other and towards staff. Children of all ages show kindness towards each other. Older children politely ask their younger peers if you would like any help as they take part in joint activities.

• Self-evaluation i...s good. The manager actively seeks the views of parents to help her identify ways to improve the club even further. Children's views are sought regularly.
