This provision is good • Mangers are ambitious, well organised and have a very professional attitude. They access training to improve their knowledge of how to support children in their care. • Children are happy and relaxed.

They enjoy singing to each other as they complete craft activities. Children show good levels of confidence and self-esteem. They enjoy spending time together and willingly introduce themselves to the whole group and communicate their favourite games and activities.

• Staff have high expectations and children respond very well to the clear routines and boundaries set. Staff are excellent role models. • Staff ensure that parents' wishes are followed,... such as providing food to cater for dietary requirements and helping to toilet train children.

• Parents are very pleased with the service that the holiday club provides. They comment on how inclusive the club is and praise staff for creating strong communication links with parents. • Children demonstrate positive behaviour and play harmoniously together, taking turns and sharing equipment.

Older children happily help the younger children with activities such as cutting. • Daily routines, such as snack time, are not used effectively to teach the children about the importance of a healthy diet. • Occasionally, staff do not give children enough time to think about and respond to questions asked.
