This provision is good All children enjoy their time at the club. They show high levels of engagement and explore the indoor and outdoor activities with confidence and enthusiasm. Partnership with the host school is strong.

Staff share information with teachers effectively to enhance children's development through enjoyable activities in the club. Children demonstrate good behaviour. They follow the rules and routines with a clear understanding and a sense of responsibility.

Staff support children's understanding of behavioural expectations with a calm and positive approach. Staff provide a wide range of interesting and challenging activities that reflects children's int...erests and ideas and complements their learning in school. Parents comment positively on the quality of service provided by staff.

They praise staff for providing a range of activities and listening to children. It is not yet outstanding because: The manager does not use the systems for supervision of staff performance as sharply as possible to extend their skills and knowledge even further. Staff do not make the best use of opportunities to raise children's awareness about the importance and effect of making healthy food choices.
