This provision is good • Staff provide a range of imaginative activities that engage children's interests.

Children's curiosity is stimulated by colourful and interesting resources and an extensive outdoor play space which extends children's physical development succesfully. • Children enjoy the time they spend at the club. Staff interact well with them and enable them to develop their skills.

Children participate in sports and craft activities with their friends and build on their physical, social and creative skills. • The key-person system works effectively. Staff interact well with children and develop their skills effectively.

This helps to settle children ...so they feel at ease within the club. • Parents express high levels of satisfaction with the club. They state that their children enjoy attending and have good relationships with the staff.

Staff share daily information with parents about their children's experiences. • Children demonstrate positive behaviour and play harmoniously together, taking turns and sharing equipment. Older children happily help the younger children to complete activities, such as cutting and writing.

• At times, staff do not consistently support children to fully develop their skills to manage tasks on their own. • Occasionally, staff do not encourage children's physical and emotional well-being further. Opportunities for children to have rest and quiet times are not as well supported as they could be.
