The provision is outstanding • The highly experienced manager leads her well-qualified staff team with inspiring practice and admirable enthusiasm. Staff have worked extremely hard to improve the quality of the club since the last inspection. They have addressed the recommendations raised and, in addition, enhanced many other aspects of their practice.

• The extensive, well-planned range of extremely enjoyable activities and experiences sustains children's interests and keep them engaged. This helps children acquire the skills, abilities and attitudes that prepare them well for future learning. • Children thrive and thoroughly enjoy their time at this outstanding out-of-school pr...ovision.

The rich, stimulating and imaginative environment, combined with an excellent range of high-quality resources, provides a wealth of opportunities for children to explore and investigate. Children are extremely confident and independent. • The key-person system is extremely effective and well established.

Children make exceptionally close relationships with staff and develop very strong friendships with children of all ages. They develop high levels of emotional security within the nurturing, homely environment. • Partnerships with parents and the host school, which all children attend, are outstanding.

Parents are provided with a wealth of information about what children have been doing at the club. They comment that children are safe, happy and feel secure in the welcoming environment. Excellent arrangements for sharing information help to promote extremely good consistency and continuity of care and learning, and ensure that children's individual care and learning needs are consistently met.
