Staff regularly inform parents about their children's routines and developmental progress. They provide resources for parents to help their children's learning at home.

They quickly identify any delays in children's learning and seek appropriate professional support to enable children to develop to the best of their ability. • Managers seek the support of professionals to help them to make improvements to the setting.
