This results in excellent outcomes for children. • The performance management of staff is robust. The provider precisely identifies professional development for staff to build on their excellent knowledge and skills even further.

There is an exceptional focus on developing children's mathematical skills. For example, in addition and subtraction during pretend pla...y. • The quality of teaching is exceptional.

Staff use their observation and assessment processes to skilfully shape learning experiences for children. Staff recognise that children have different learning styles and plan for their individuality. • Children demonstrate excellent behaviour.

They show empathy and compassion towards others.
