Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good • The manager and staff provide a relaxed, welcoming environment. Children settle quickly and form close relationships with staff.

Staff take time to get to know new children and use their interests and home life to develop a close bond. • Partnerships with different schools that children attend are well established. The manager and staff communicate effectively with teachers to support continuity in children's care and learning.

• The manager and staff are passionate about their roles and providing high-quality care. They work closely together to reflect on the provision and make changes based on children's interests and needs. For example, they h...ave recently developed an outdoor area for children to have space to play outside.

• Staff are positive role models. They give children clear expectations for behaviour within the setting. Children's behaviour is good.

• Although the manager supports staff well in their roles, she does not use supervisions to identify professional development opportunities for all staff. This does not allow staff to develop their skills and knowledge to an even higher level. • Staff do not use daily opportunities to promote children's understanding of healthy lifestyles effectively.
