The provision is outstanding • Children are extremely independent, well-behaved and thrive in this high-quality setting.

They are immensely enthusiastic and confident and have a clear sense of belonging. Staff actively encourage children to make decisions about the activities that they take part in. • A passionate and committed manager runs the club.

Meticulous records are kept to support the safe and efficient running of the setting. Her leadership is motivational and staff respond enthusiastically to provide positive interactions to support children in their learning and development fully. • All staff skilfully complement and enhance the learning that children have alr...eady gained at school.

For example, staff encourage younger children to continue with the projects they have been working on throughout the day. Staff meet regularly with class teachers to ensure that they provide children with relevant learning opportunities. • Staff support children who have special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities exceptionally well.

They work extremely successfully alongside parents and other professionals to meet children's individual needs incredibly well. • Children have developed very strong and close bonds with all staff. Staff spend time getting to know the children and their families very well, which helps them to support children's emotional and welfare requirements.
