The management team has high expectations and works closely to provide a safe and high-quality service to children and their families. Children benefit from a wealth of first-hand experiences. They flourish and thrive in the inspiring and enabling learning environment.

Children have excellent opportunities to explore and understand the world around them as they learn about nature and their environment. For example, they plant and harvest vegetables, feed the guinea pigs and collect eggs laid by the nursery chickens. Safety is paramount and staff fully consider all aspects.

They effectively organise th...e environment and ensure that children can access the areas and resources safely. Staff are stringent in their supervision of children. Children can take manageable risks and challenge themselves in a fully safe and supported manner.

The management team analyses all children's progress closely and implements effective strategies to improve children's learning swiftly. Staff work exceptionally well together to ensure they meet children's individual care and learning needs. They use additional funding expertly to directly benefit children and help to close development gaps.

Staff are exceptionally committed to maintaining relationships with parents. They successfully engage with parents to support children's learning in the nursery and at home. Parents comment on their children's progress and how happy they are to attend.
