Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good Managers and staff demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all children.

Staff provide a wide range of learning experiences to enhance children's learning. Children make good progress. Staff have established strong partnerships with parents, who praise the regular, detailed information they receive about their children.

Parents say they feel supported in being involved in their child's learning. Children benefit from the consistency in their learning. Children are very sociable and well behaved.

Staff act as good role models and set good expectations of children's behaviour. For example, they encourage children t...o share and take turns with resources. Staff place a strong focus on children's personal, social and emotional development.

They are kind and caring, and children form close attachments to them. Children are very settled and happy. Children who require additional help receive focused support.

Staff work in partnership with other professionals to provide differentiated learning and assessment. It is not yet outstanding because: At times, staff do not utilise all opportunities that arise to enhance younger children's speaking skills. The organisation of some routines, such as mealtimes, does not always sustain children's interests and, at times, they become a little distracted while waiting.
