Her excellent leadership skills inspire all those that work with her. The management team in the nursery share her vision and ethos to provide the best possible care and education for all children. • Partnerships with parents are exceptional.

Staff involve parents in every aspect of their child's learning in the nursery and at home. They recognise that successful partnership working has a positive impact on children's learning and development. • Staff provide children with an extremely stimulating environment indoors and outdoors that helps... children to be highly motivated and confident in their play.

Children are inquisitive, curious, very well behaved and have an extremely positive attitude to their learning. • Staff have high expectations of all children. They have a very secure understanding of children's abilities and how they prefer to learn.

The manager has a robust monitoring system in place to identify the learning of individuals and groups of children. • The provider ensures that there are always more adults than required to surpass ratios. Staff are exceptionally well deployed and use highly effective risk assessments to help ensure children's safety at all times.

• Self-evaluation is exceptionally well organised and documented. Training meets the needs of staff and the nursery. Staff are highly motivated and work very effectively as a team to focus on improvements, so that the very high-quality provision is maintained.
