This provision is outstanding • Leadership is inspirational.

The manager and deputy manager have fully instilled a culture where each child feels safe, very welcome and highly valued. Children thrive in such an environment. They develop a very positive view of themselves as capable and interesting young people.

• Staff have very high aspirations for each and every child. They use their expert knowledge and skills to provide highly focused and effective support to children who need extra help to fulfil their potential. All children, including those in receipt of additional funding, make rapid and sustained progress from their starting points.

• Staff create a lea...rning environment that is calm, purposeful and highly inviting. They are extremely skilled at helping children to develop the skills needed to engage in meaningful play and learning. By the time children start school they are very well equipped to continue their learning journey.

• Partnerships with other professionals are exemplary. The manager draws on her wealth of experience to put together comprehensive packages of support for families where needed. Parents really value the new skills they learn.

They are proud of how they use these to further support their children's learning at home. • Managers and staff continually reflect on and improve what they do, to meet the changing needs of the children and their families.
