This provision is outstanding • Staff establish inspirational relationships with children that have incredible levels of security and trust.

Children have exceptional well-being and self-worth. • The manager and staff evaluate their practice together exceptionally well. For example, they observe each other teach children daily and set highly challenging targets.

Staff fully include children and gather their feedback each day. They use their findings to help keep children extremely enthralled in their learning to enable their outstanding progress. • Staff expertly help prepare children for their eventual move to school.

For example, they invite pupils at that sch...ool into the setting weekly to share their ideas and stories and to answer any questions that children may have about going to school. • The setting is extremely diverse and inclusive. Children learn about an extensive range of traditions of other cultures and countries.

For example, they learn how to do Irish dancing, bake South African delicacies and explore Indian henna and Rangoli patterns. • Children are exceptionally independent. They choose how and where to play, make their own resources and complete tasks with exceptional confidence.

• Staff establish incredibly positive partnerships with parents and keep them extremely well involved. For example, they share children's learning experiences and resources daily. This includes sharing photographs and videos of children's favourite activities, and songs and stories with parents to enjoy at home with their children.
