This provision is good Staff are magnificent role models and they work extremely hard to build up children's resilience. Children display exceptionally high levels of confidence and they are particularly proud of themselves as they begin to risk assess independently.

They are excited to experiment physically as they use larger pieces of play equipment. Staff continually share details with parents about the type of activities that children most enjoy. Parents are happy with the service that staff provide.

Many parents explain that children enjoy accessing the wide range of creative resources on offer. The provider and the manager work well as a team and they clearly prior...itise areas for improvement. They value the opinions of other staff, who are motivated to share their knowledge and views.

Staff actively contribute and they plan enjoyable activities. Staff support children to develop their enjoyment of music and they make full use of the various instruments that are available to them. Children develop their listening skills, they talk about what they see and they ask questions about the sounds they hear.

The provider rigorously checks that new staff are suitable to work with children. In addition, she talks to applicants about relevant experience they can bring to the role.
