Highlights from Latest Inspection

Summary of key findings for parents

The provision is good • The provider has worked hard to maintain at least good standards of practice since the last inspection.

In some areas, she has raised the quality of practice to an outstanding level, such as the promotion of children's social development, engagement in play and well-being. • Staff have built exceptionally strong working relationships with parents and the staff at the school's children attend. This enables them to continuously exchange information to help promote seamless continuity in children's care and play.

• Children show a strong awareness of how they are similar to or different from others. For example, they use dolls of diverse cultures in ...their play and positively compare their skin tone to that of the dolls. Children show profound respect towards others.

• Staff promote children's health, welfare and well-being to the highest level. They place a strong emphasis on helping children learn how to keep themselves healthy. For instance, during outdoor play, staff explain in detail to the children the importance of keeping hydrated when exercising.

• Staff organise a range of outings for the children. This helps to significantly enhance their play experiences and promote their understanding of their local community. It is not yet outstanding because: • The provider's monitoring of staff is not yet highly effective to help raise the quality of practice to a consistently outstanding level.
