This provision is outstanding • The manager leads her team with expertise and is passionate about creating an environment where children have the freedom to learn and develop in their own unique ways. • Meeting children's care and learning needs is central to all that staff do.

Staff, parents and other professionals develop excellent partnership working to secure the best possible outcomes for children. • Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive focused yet very sensitive support to help them to develop and make excellent progress. • Staff use highly effective behaviour management techniques that support children to resolve their own conflicts and manag...e their own behaviour.

As a result, children behave exceptionally well. • Staff have an extremely secure understanding of how to identify and act on concerns about children's welfare. They are vigilant, confident and prepared to challenge other's views where they feel children are at risk of harm.

• Children are very happy, kind and considerate. They have developed strong attachments with the caring and nurturing staff. This creates a warm atmosphere throughout.

• Practitioners provide an extremely wide range of opportunities for children to develop their imaginative play, both indoors and outdoors. • Staff help build children's vocabulary and understanding incredibly well. For example, they clearly use skilful questions to help children think and respond.
