The provision is good • Staff manage children's behaviour well.

Children learn to follow instructions, share, take turns and play harmoniously together. • Children are happy and settled as they explore with their peers. Staff form strong attachments with their key persons, supporting children's emotional development well.

• Parent partnerships are good. Staff work closely with the parents from the start to find out about the child and their family. This allows them to meet the needs of the children in their care and helps build relationships immediately.

• The setting is managed by a highly committed and dedicated leader. She works hard to make constant improvem...ents and makes sure that staff have access to ongoing training and development. • Staff take every opportunity to teach children about staying safe.

As a result of this good teaching, children are beginning to manage risk for themselves. It is not yet outstanding because: • Staff miss opportunities to expand on children's developing interest in information and communication technology, to support further their developing skills. • There are limited resources and activities to support children's understanding of the wider world.
