Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good The provider works together with the manager to evaluate and monitor the service well.

They use feedback from parents and external advisers in their drive to make continual improvements. The key-person system is effective. Staff build close relationships with children and know them well.

This helps children to settle quickly into the nursery and supports their good emotional well-being. Staff provide regular opportunities for babies and young children to develop their physical skill inside and outdoors. For example, babies and toddlers are encouraged to show their emerging crawling and walking abilities.

Parents value the service that they... receive. They speak highly of the staff and the support given to promote children's care and learning. Staff receive good support to improve their knowledge and teaching practice.

This contributes to the good progress made by all children. It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not provide consistent opportunities for children to understand their family heritage or to recognise their home language during play. Although staff share good information with parents about children's care routines, they do not consistently share information about children's learning.
