Bryncethin Primary School is in the village of Bryncethin on the outskirts of Bridgend.

There are currently 297 pupils on roll between the ages of 3 and 11, including 16 part-time and 32 full-time pupils in the nursery. The schools has 10 classes, including four single-age classes, five mixed-age classes, and a nursery class. The school also has a learning resource base class with nine pupils from key stage 2.
