Description of the school

Edgbarrow School is larger than average and serves the village of Crowthorne to the south of Bracknell. The proportion of students entitled to free school meals is low.

Most students are of White British origin and very few speak English as an additional language. The number of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities is below average but increasing. The school achieved specialist business and enterprise status in September 2004.
