This is a good school The headteacher and senior leaders are effectively addressing the right priorities to improve the standard of education at the school.

As a result, pupils receive a good education which is improving quickly. Teaching is good across the school. Well-established routines for learning are evident in all classrooms.

Pupils enjoy lessons because : teaching is challenging them to learn more and achieve better. Leaders have accurately identified the actions that work best to improve pupils' educational outcomes. The focus on improving mathematics provision is working very well.

Consequently, pupils' progress in mathematics is strengthen...ing rapidly. Pupils learn about a wide range of interesting topics which cover many subjects. The good use of the school's extensive outside space allows pupils to explore and learn about nature and the local environment.

Pupils' personal development, behaviour and welfare provision is outstanding. The school's values are well known and respected by pupils. Pupils are thoughtful, considerate and respect views and beliefs that are different from their own.

They are well prepared for life in modern Britain. Pupils attend school regularly. They are very happy in school and feel safe.

Children in the early years receive a good education. They are well prepared for the next stage of their education. Pupils' knowledge and understanding in subjects other than English, mathematics and religious education are not consistently strong.

Pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are well supported. However, some pupils with SEND do not make as much progress as they should.
