This provision is good • Partnership with parents is a real strength of this setting. Staff gather vital information from parents about their children prior to them starting at the club.

They work closely with parents, keeping them involved in children's daily activities and achievements. • Leadership is good. The manager has a strong knowledge of her role and individual responsibilities.

She is well supported by her extended leadership team. Together they have a good understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the setting and strive for continuous improvement. • Children are very happy at the club.

The have forged remarkably good relationships with the sta...ff. Staff set a very good example to children through their calm and sensitive approach. They gently remind children throughout the session about the rules to help them to understand and follow expected behaviours.

• Children have a strong sense of belonging. They show genuine care and affection towards one another. They develop secure friendships and play cooperatively together.

• Staff teach children very well about healthy living. Children are provided with nutritious foods and follow good hygiene routines. • The organisation of some group times means that some children are not always able to complete their chosen activities.
